GeoZapper
The GeoZapper is an iPhone iPod Touch app which enhances privacy by creating a new copy of a JPG photo without the peripheral data which may be associated with the JPG photo.
Overview
When using GPS enabled cameras (including cameras on iPhones and iPod touch), geolocation, camera make, camera model, camera date, focal length, exposure time and etc. is associated with the JPG photo. The GeoZapper app works by making a new copy of existing JPG photo which doesn’t contain any peripheral data such as geolocation, camera make, camera model, camera date, focal length, exposure time and etc.. This allows you to retain original photo and have another copy which doesn’t contain the peripheral data that can be shared in internet.
